Les salarié(e)s intérimaires de chez Start People ont plébiscité la CGT Start People et non sans raison.

Mardi 22 janvier 2019, les salarié.e.s intérimaires et permanent.e.s de la société d’intérim START PEOPLE étaient appelés à élire leurs représentants du personnel au second tour des élections professionnelles du Comité social et économique.
La CGT arrive largement en tête

CGT 69.63% (17 sièges)
FO 30.14% (7 sièges)
2èmecollège – Agents de maîtrise
FO 48.28% (1 siège)
CFE/CGC 51.72% (1 siège)
3èmecollège – Cadres
CFDT 40% (2 sièges)
FO 22.22% (1 siège)
CFE/CGC 37.78% (1 siège)
Résultat total : CGT 60.80% – FO 29.40% – CFE/CGC 5.9% – CFDT 3.9%
Pour la CGT, ces résultats représentent une avancée pour la défense du droit des salariés intérimaires et permanents de START PEOPLE.
Par leur vote, les salarié.e.s ont voulu envoyer un message fort à la Direction. Ils veulent se faire entendre et revendiquent leur place entière au sein de l’entreprise.
Les intérimaires, trop longtemps impactés par la précarité, des salaires qui n’évoluent pas et des conditions de travail qui se dégradent, veulent se faire respecter.
Les personnels administratifs et commerciaux, victimes de surcharge de travail et le manque d’effectifs, obligés de travailler dans un climat parfois difficile, entretenu bien souvent par la pression des objectifs, les consignes contradictoires, les pratiques managériales humiliantes, demandent plus de respect, et que leurs compétences, savoir-faire et qualifications soient reconnues dans l’entreprise par de réelles augmentations de salaires.
Par ces résultats, la CGT a réussi à devenir majoritaire au Comité Social et Economique.
Elle sera donc en meilleures conditions pour gagner les revendications !
La CGT, avec l’ensemble de ses élu.e.s, se place clairement comme une force alternative avec pour ambition l’augmentation des salaires, l’amélioration des conditions de travail, une véritable reconnaissance professionnelle et l’accès aux droits des activités sociales et culturelles du Comité social et économique pour tous.
